This is a protein-enriched alternative to the popular dish. The chickpea pasta provides a great source of protein, whilst the hemp pesto is rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids. The perfect post or pre-workout meal, and great for fuelling an active and fast paced life.


300 g Chickpea Pasta

150 g Sprouted Hemp Pesto

10 sundried tomatoes

1 bunch of fresh rocket


Add the chickpea pasta to boiling water and cook for 9 minutes.

Stir in the Sprouted Hemp Basil Pesto.

Top with sundried tomatoes and fresh rocket.
