Serves 1

This berry superfood smoothie bowl is the perfect way to start off your morning. With simple, nutritious ingredients it is quick to prepare and will keep you energized throughout the day.


1 tbsp Profusion Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Profusion Hulled Hemp Seeds

1 tbsp Profusion Sprouted Almond Butter

2 cups Almond Milk

¼ cup Coconut Milk

1 ½ cup cup frozen Berries: Raspberries, Strawberries, blueberries

1 frozen banana


In a blender, combine the frozen berries, banana, almond milk and coconut milk. Add half a tablespoon of chia seeds and hemp seeds. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana.

Add the remaining hemp seeds and chia seeds.

Top with a spoon full of sprouted almond butter.
