We've amped up the protein of traditional pancakes with our new, high-protein, pancake mix. Follow this recipe for the ultimate, savoury plant-powered pancake stack.
1 Avocado, mashed
Half a lime, juiced
2 tablespoons soya yogurt
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Handful of mixed greens, to serve
Chilli flakes, to serve
Sea salt flakes
- Prepare the pancakes according to the packet instructions.
- Whilst the pancakes are cooking, prepare the avocado cream. Mix the avocado with lime juice, yogurt, sesame seeds and salt and pepper.
- To serve, layer the pancakes with avocado cream and salad leaves, sprinkling over your desired amount of chilli flakes and sea salt flakes.
- Serve and enjoy!
