Vegan ‘Smoked Salmon’ Canapes

2 carrots peeled

3 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp liquid smoke

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp peppercorns

generous sprig of fresh dill

5 slices of Profusion Organic Protein bread (toasted & cut into 3 circles per slice with a cookie cutter)

Vegan cream ‘cheeze’

  1. Pre heat oven to 180℃
  2. Peel carrots thinly. Steam the carrots for 5 minutes Then add the carrots and all other ingredients in a baking dish and mix well. Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes.
  3. Once cool, top the protein bread with cream cheeze and then the carrot mixture. Garish with extra dill.
